Our apartment units are constructed with insulated concrete forms (ICF), which are hollow foam blocks that are stacked, reinforced with steel rebar, and then filled with concrete. The result is a wall system of unmatched comfort, energy efficiency, strength, and noise reduction. Tempo East Village apartment units will be the quietest (and coolest) around.
