We’re different, starting from the ground up. Our apartment units are constructed with insulated concrete forms (ICF), which are hollow foam blocks that are stacked, reinforced with steel rebar, and then filled with concrete. The result is a wall system of unmatched comfort, energy efficiency, strength, and noise reduction. Tempo East Village apartment units will be the quietest (and coolest) around.
Each apartment will be finished with modern, luxury finishes and amenities including a washer and dryer in every unit, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings and available apartments with walk-in closets and balconies.
